What an amazing conversation. After listening to this podcast, my curiosity peaked and went on to search about the authors and even purchasing this book as a reference for my patients. I can clearly see the purpose of normalizing these feelings of isolation and adjustment with small children; especially coming from either separate households or single-parents.
